Écoles de Samba

For the 2007 edition, the Nantes samba school, the Cherbourg batucada and Saperkupopett from Craon spent three days in residency with students from the Craon and Cossé-le-Vivien music schools, forming a large percussion troupe that punctuated the day between concerts.

A rural batucada formed in Craon in 2004, Saperkupopett played local festivities and events until 2017. Its instruments were then taken over by a new batucada that rehearses in Quelaines-Saint-Gault.
