DobaCaracol is a Quebec band founded in 1998 by singer-percussionists Doriane Fabreg (Doba) and Carole Facal (Caracol). Drawing on world traditional songs, Afrobeat and reggae, its album 'Soley' (2004) went gold in Canada. The band went on hiatus in 2008.
