Cherry Plum

An Angers folk project started by Sébastien Chevillard (vocals, guitar) and Samuel Gallienne (electric guitar), Cherry Plum plays warm folk with a blues tinge. After the EP Sick Bay, whose video Bounce With Daisy was picked by the Premiers Plans festival, the band released a self-titled EP in 2016.

It played Austin, Texas, in 2015, opened for Moriarty and Jungle By Night, and its video How Strange Is The Man, shot in the Californian desert, won the audience award at Clips d’Ici 2017.

Sébastien Chevillard’s solo project from 2017, it opened the Friday night on 8 June 2018, the festival’s first edition in Saint-Poix.
