A Marseille duo formed in 2014 by Goodjiu and Azuleski, who met in the reggae-dub collective Massilia Hi-Fi, Baja Frequencia hybridises South American rhythms (cumbia, reggaeton, baile funk) with acid, techno, juke and trap. Signed to Chinese Man Records, it released the EP “Catzilla” (2017), the album “Hot Kats” (2019) and then, after a tour of Colombia and Argentina, the EP “Sudamericat”, made entirely with Latin American guest artists.
