New Year’s Eve: the menu is out

As promised, here it is: the menu of the New Year’s Eve dinner hosted by AMAC on Thursday 31 December 2026 at the Saint-Poix village hall.

• Drinks: gourmet bites
• Starter: scallop and leek cassolette
• Refreshing break: iced floating island
• Main course: roast venison with grand veneur sauce, served with gratin dauphinois, a bundle of vegetables and a pear poached in wine
• Cheese: selection of fine cheeses and fresh salad
• Sweet treat: assorted petits fours, coffee and chocolate

Doors open at 7 pm, bubbly just after midnight, then dancing from 1 am all night long.
